Three sheets: card proof (2-up with crop marks), letterhead, invoice. Print at 100% — never "fit to page", or the millimetre scale is lost. Sheets 2 and 3 are cropped to trim, because a desktop printer cannot bleed; use the bleed SVGs in this folder for the commercial press file.
